I have been waiting almost 2 months for my orders to be dispatched. In all this time, the email and telephone correspondence with websale was confused and jumpy. First they called me saying they had my items in stock and then called me back saying the opposite and splitting my order in two creating a lot of confusion.
When I was asked to pay for one last order, I gave my credit card data I gave my data, they have charged me for a second order without telling me about.
I have shopped at the store as well and there, people are helpful but I think they can really improve in websale an communication with clients.
