I ordered an item on the 24th of April and was told it was in stock so I went ahead and paid the price and paid EXTRA for the item to be delivered by may 7th / may 8th by TRACKED courier which I was ok with considering the price of the item. I contacted the company by their "fast response" which they replied in good timing however I had asked for shipping information for my item and was told it would be given to me when the item was shipped. I was then wanting to buy another item and due to poor reviews on here I decided to wait and ask the company if the item would be in stock for when my order was supposed to arrive, this was ok however I was told the item will arrive on the 9th May, one day later than I paid for. I thought this was suspicious and left it at that until today when I saw on the website my item where being "allocated" and inquired what this meant and asked for my tracking details by the "fast response" option and was given this response Dear customer
We are contacting you in regards to your order. We have been advised by our warehouse that your order has been delayed by 3-5 working days.
We are sorry that you have been experiencing issues with your order, and we will do our utmost to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank for your patience.
This caused alarm bells to ring and I am beginning to believe the scamming stories.
So I will be expecting a refund for the paid delivery and the item delivered within the time frame you have given above in your response and if the item is not delivered within this time I will be taking legal action and contacting trading standards as I believe this isn't the first time this company has got bad press.
