I don't think I've experiences customer service like it. If your parcel is lost then you have to wait 15 days before you can claim. Then you have to fill out a form and post it to them before they'll accept your claim.
This ridiculous amount of time and convoluted process makes it a real pain to shop with them. I'm not going through that again and I would advise others not to either.
