Feedem offer good value for money and this is why I've been a customer for quite some time now. I tend to purchase large bags of dog food as they have lots of good offers on these. However, my latest experience has been sufficiently bad enough that from now on I will probably take my business elsewhere. My order arrived in damaged packaging (not the first time), on inspection the bag of dry animal food inside was split causing the food to spill out. I contacted Feedem to explain what had happened and although quick to respond, all I got was an apology and the blame shifted onto the couriers. This didn't do much to appease me and the fact I was left with damaged, compromised goods through no fault of my own. Not good customer service.
