I AM IN MID OF SELLING BUSINESS AND NEW BUSINESS OWNER COMING IN IN 2 WEEKS. JUST BECAUSE THE NEW INCOME HAS REQUESTED LINE WITH DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER AND XLN COULD NOT SPEAK WITH HIM, THEY DISCONNECTED MY LINE ON A SATURDAY. THE XLN EMPLOYEES FROM FAULT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THERE IS NO FAULT BUT THERE IS NO ONE HERE TO DEAL WITH THIS DISCONNECTION TILL TUESDAY BECAUSE IT IS BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY( PATHETIC). I AM STILL A SERVICE USER AND MY BILL IS IN CREDIT BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS CHARGE ME ADVANCE RENTAL XLN DISCONNECT ALL SERVICE AS AN ARM TWISTING TACTICS. I AM GOING TO OFCOM SOON. EVERY ONE EXPERIENCE SHOULD COMPLAIN WITH OFCOM WHO HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE FROM XLN.
