I left mid September this year and the final meter reading was in incorrect! It is now mid nov and still awaiting my rebate. Every time I call I get a different excuse and have to wait forever to speak to somebody, last time it was 45 mins!

19.12.13 - Furthermore I am now being chased for a fictitious balance of £412.40!!!! They did send my refund and now are sending threatening letters chasing a payment for a balance that does not exist as they have settled the account. Unbelievable! Seriously considering reporting this to Offgen. NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE HOPELESS!!!!!

Poor tv installation but great broadband and tv

Great package but had bad installation of the satellite dish and cabeling that managed to destroy our skirting board and drill into rendering on the property and left anchoring hole unfilled/ exposed in brick work. Guess if you do a job bad enough nobody wants you to come back to rectify it? Shame....

prompt, efficient and most of all cheap!!!

could not fault the service at all... excellent range of products and all reasonable prices. would definitely use again


Disappearing Retailers!!! Small Print wins yet again!!!

Having used Quidco for over a year now found it to be mainly good allbeit having massive problems tracking any purchases with "Wickes" so don't bother with this retailer. However recently booked a holiday with "Olotlels" on the 24.06.13 getting 8% cash back on a purchase £1100 so quite a big deal, averaged down the nightly rate and was happy only it did not show up in my activity log, and their recomendation is that you have to wait four weeks before raising any claim. I duly did only to be told they had left the scheme on the 30.06.13 and I would be getting no monies back, nice one! All in the small print so no way of getting any money and now my inexpensive hotel is now looking expensive... But again all in the small print so beware. Maybe trading standards should look at this one because you are making decisions based on constantly changing info and it is a complete gamble, also find it hard to sense how retailers cannot track info regarding purchases?! Seems like a cop out to me and somebody somewhere is making money at our loss!!!

Two months in and as flat as a pancake

We took delivery of our sofas before Xmas and they looked the business. However they are extremely uncomfortable as the stuffing keeps migrating to the back of the cushion and we have to flip them over for a few weeks. Obviously they are using inferior stuffing rather than a high grade sponge. The sofa we chose is the Malvern, don't buy it! We had a derwent sofa before, it was lovely and comfy but twice the price of this one so lesson learnt in that you get what you pay for! Still I will explore my statutory rights through trading standards to see what recourse have.

28.01.13 almost one year on and got nowhere with these people. Had to pay a local company to re stuff cushions with some hard wearing foam. All in all totally dissatisfied with the products level of comfort. Maybe they should set their sights on export markets and market their sofas as weapons of torture?
