My order was processed immediately and shipped as promised. It arrived the next day as promised, but was short one parcel. The driver said he would sort it and drop it off the next day, but when nothing arrived I checked Ukmail website and the order was showing as delivered, so nothing was coming. I tried 6 times to ring Ukmail, waiting 10 minutes each time but never answered. There was no way on the we site to email their customer service. In the end I emailed bigdug and they sent me out a replacement same day, so they sorted the issue even though it wasn't their problem. I've had bad experience with Ukmail in the past, so bigdug should consider this as it could reflect badly on them if their carriers are bad, plus it will cost them money to resend parcels
