To be honest this purchase all started off very well and was expecting my PMR radios to arrive in a few days as they were in stock and the expected delivery window was good.
I even ignored an Amazon sale because of the normal 5 days to arrive.
A week later still no delivery and checked the online status and it said exactly the same as the order day. Not impressed I contacted WAE and only then did I get a message to say there had ben a delivery hiccup in getting the item to the Birmingham warehouse.
Still no change to the status and would not recommend this seller as they have no proactive customer service process, otherwise I would have been contacted to advise me and offer me the chance to cancel, which I would have done.
