I ordered a ceiling speaker that was on special offer and was unclear on why it was reduced. I phoned up and spoke to Sam who was very helpful and took the time to speak with me in general about other speakers I might be looking for. My speaker was then dispatched the following day and arrived the day after.
As always, I was happy with the service from the Networking Store.
Unfortunately on this occasion FedEx let them down by failing to deliver my items. They claimed to have attempted delivery and put a card through my door, despite the fact I was in and received no card - hopefully an isolated incident...
I've still rated 5 stars as the issue I mention was not caused by the Networking Store
