I had to return 2 motorcycle helmets to from the UK to the US and the company has specifically requested either to use Fedex or UPS. Quotes directly from either courier was about £130-£160. Interparcel was £70 including insuring it up to the value of £500. I booked the Fedex economy on the 1st May for next day collection (London address) without reading any reviews about interparcel and after reading the mixed reviews I did consider cancelling. I felt a bit more relieved when a Fedex uniformed man collected my parcel and it started tracking straight away. Obviously, I was dubious until the parcel actually got to the destination as I have read other stories where parcel has been lost en route or left in the warehouse. The parcel arrived safely on 6 May in one piece. I would use interparcel again and I like also to point out they don't do the couriering, so if your goods get damaged or lost its the courier service you have chosen, although interparcel should have the duty to deal with any customer disatisfaction on your behalf.
