I bought 2 vouchers on line on 30th April for a cooking experience and dinner at Shanghai Blues. The vouchers never materialised - nothing, nada, zilch. However, the money was debited from my credit card the same day. I have phoned and e-mailed and been told that someone will get back to me. A week later I am still waiting and I am not a happy customer.
3 days on and still no explanation. I have given them 7 days after that I will go to the small claims court.
