Easy to follow and the best price for my tyres. Although there was a fault on the website when I tried to place my order, with a free phone call to the company I was advised to try again in 15 minutes. I was then able to place my order with no problems.

Worst customer service ever

Placed order 9th December 2010, still no sign of goods. Have emailed several times, one response received saying that goods have been dispatched on 29 December. Payment taken from my credit card 23 December. Phone always engaged except at 4.40 pm Friday 7th January, message said I must phone between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday! Don't know if credit card company will be interested as payment is below £100.00?
