I ordered a tent with next day delivery via DPD and while all the automation is great in that you are constantly updated, it's not great when things go wrong (which is often judging by online reviews). I recieved an email an hour ago saying delivery was attempted but I wasn't in. No "we missed you" card was put through the letterbox and the door bell didn't go so the guy never turned up.
All the phone numbers are irritating automated numbers that get you nowhere. I've emailed email@example.com and I'm awaiting a response.
Hopefully I'll get my tent by the weekend...
