Ordered a canvas print as a Christmas present. The frame was of poor quality (chipped edges which were visible as bumps on enges of the canvas). Also, there were a few small white cracks on the edges, that were well visible as the image was dark in those parts. Contacted customer service, sent photos of the defects. Orbit admitted that the canvas appears defective, but the offered resolution options were completely unreasonable: send canvas back or destroy it (and send pictures of that) -- and then wait for replacement. Neither was an option given the timing before Christmas. This is instead of sending a satisfactory replacement first and then collecting the faulty product -- something what majority of other retailers do. Not customer friendly.
