Paid extra for express delivery. Nothing arrived and no notification of delay. When queried by phone delivery was promised in 4 days ( when I was next available to accept it). Nothing arrived again. No notification or explanation. When queried was told there was a problem at the warehouse. A few days later was told the item was no longer in stock and would be refunded. The item was shown as in stock throughout and remained so after notification that it was out of stock.
The refund took a further two weeks despite regular chasing. Placed order for two day delivery, refund finally received 33 days after order was placed. No communications without customer prompting, and slow to refund.
