The service is terrible - probably the worst delivery company I have every come across. Our first delivery with them got stuck in their dispatch area as there was a query over the address - however nobody bothered to call us to find out. We phoned up and left clear instructions and were told it would arrive the next day. When it didnt we phoned up AGAIN only to find there was no record of our instructions. We ended up cancelling that order. Our second order we decided to track again closely. Once again problem with address, but no-one had bothered contacting us. I spent over 10 minutes on hold to get through to give clear instructions, which they have promised to send through but couldnt now guarantee this arriving on Saturday as per the service we had paid for. UPS, CityLink and others have had no problems delivering.
If I see any other company sending my delivery via Yodel I will cancel it immediately.
came in and knew what they needed to do. fast and efficient packing (havent yet unpacked so cant comment on any breakage rate but!) and helped sort out the parking for me too
