I have problems with Yodel every time they 'deliver' my items...Quite recently I made a very large and expensive order from MyProtein which was supposed to be delivered by Yodel in 2 packages. The first package never got delivered yet the driver or someone had signed my name for it in capitals (not my signature) without delivering the package...Many times Yodel simply throw the package into my garden causing it to drop 8 feet but this time they didn't even bother to do that. I still haven't received my package after 2 months and supposedly MyProtein are 'investigating' the issue. Worse delivery company I've ever come across.
Recently made a £200+ order which was to be sent in two packages. The first package didn't arrive and after speaking to Customer Service I was told a new package will be sent out. Since then I haven't received any package and was again told it would be sent out, however still no package. Now I have been told they are speaking to the delivery company but I haven't been given an update. I initially made the order in March so this has been going on for around 2 months....Had numerous problems with their delivery service before.
