Ordered my SD card on 23rd Apr, it's now the 7th May and the order still says 'allocated' and has not been shipped. Contacted customer service twice via the website and same generic response received back both times. Phoned customer service 3 times (takes over 15mins of waiting time before speaking to anyone). 1st time the line went dodgy after I said what the problem was. 2nd time Lewis said he'd contact the suppliers and get back to me within the hour (never happened). 3rd time I immediately said I want a full refund....still waiting to see if that comes through.
