I have never had such a bad experience with a holiday company! I booked for my mum & 3 grandchildren to stay in a 4 star hotel in Ibiza. They"re due to travel the in 3 weeks. I was sent an email today to say there is no availability at the hotel, there obviously was availability when I booked it & they took the money. They offered me another hotel it was a 2 star in San antonio ' not where we chose to go & not the same standard. I found the advisor rude & unhelpful. I was told that we had to fly to Ibiza it was just the hotel we couldn't go to so theoretically you could end up with a flight & no accommodation. I was told its all in the terms & conditions! I ended up with a refund of the accommodation & booked it direct with another hotel. As after reading other reviews some people have got on holiday & been put in a different hotel with no explanation. I felt this was stressful & unacceptable I would never book with lowcost holidays again
