Placed my order on-line Saturday 12.10.13 and requested delivery for the following Tuesday. Both items were in stock, so delivery was confirmed. Got a phone call by my local shop confirming everything later that morning. Received an email giving me the DPD courier tracking details which was amazing, I could track the status of the van showing exactly where he was and when to expect my order. I didn't have to stay in just go home from work shortly before my delivery was expected. Well done Bathstore excellent service.
The tiles I ordered were excellent value for money, delivery was fast but they arrived with some tiles broken do to the poor way they were packed. Because I ordered 11 boxes of large tiles they were on a pallet, some lying flat, some on there side and some on their short edge then shrink wrapped but with no banding. because they were not banded they had moved while in transit and some tiles had spilled out of their cardboard protection. These were the tiles that had broken. However, upon checking there were some extra tiles supplied which I assume was to cover any expected damage in transit. Overall I am very happy with my tiles and service given - shame about the poor packing.
