Starting with the fact that my network coverage with Vodafone has been appalling, they stopped my number and my online login working without notice from the day it expired! I've lost all my contacts (and im looking for a job!) And I havent been able to use my phone from a moment to another. Really angry at them and their poor service
I placed an order with them on 3rd October and their website said that all the items were IN STOCK! It is the 19th October today and I still have not received one of the items I have ordered! When I called their Customer service they told me it would not have taken more than 7-10 working days for the items to be dispatched and that I have to wait for the items to arrive from France... It's now been 12 working days and the item has not been dispatched yet!
In my opinion, their service so far is quite disappointing, they don't specify the time for delivery at the time of the order and I cannot find any information about it on their website.
They should revise the sentence 'We aim to make YOUR shopping experience with us hassle free!' on their website as for me it has not been the case!
Moreover, I am returning all the clothes I have received as they are POOR quality and not worth the price I paid
They got me a wrong pair of glasses twice and the only thing they offered me was to get used of them. The lady I spoke to is totally unprofessional.
so disappointed with their service that I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their service
