I purchased two, twin wall light fittings with glass globes on-line but unfortunately one of the globes was smashed when received. I e-mailed Litecraft who acknowledged by return. I was told that the units were now discontinued but that a replacement had been sourced at one of their stores and would be sent to me. I e-mailed to ask when I could expect the replacement and was advised, again by return, that there was a slight delay due to the Christmas post and the weather, which was to be expected. Today I received the goods - absolutely excellent service, far and away better than most.
