I'm writing a good review about davro, I feel I owe it to them after a nasty email I sent to them by mistake. I ordered a pair of boots and got a little worried when they were taking some time to arrive. I checked online for reviews about the company and was far from impressed, I thought I had been conned especially since they weren't replying to my emails. Now I know davro are not crooks and I would definitely deal with them again, I never gave them the benefit of the doubt, it was Christmas and of course mail is busy. However davro ran their business before, they certainly don't run it like that now. They have improved even if they have slight communication issues. And again would like to sincerely apologise to Simon Rose for any inconvenience caused by my email. Many thanks for the boots.
