Too stressful!!

Sorry to say I really haven't received a good experience using Travelex. I ordered a cash passport and my card was delayed - ordered on Fri Aug 16th and it arrived Sat Aug 31st! - So much for 3 to 5 working days delivery. Problems with the support staff at travelex - they don't know why my card was delayed reaching me and promised a phone call within half an hour - 4 hours later no call so ended up ringing myself to find out where my card was.
Finally received my card, tried to re-load with more money and am told that it can't be done because they can't find me on the electoral role...I asked why then could I order a card and load with cash in the first place? - they don't know. Great.
Seems there are a lot of "I don't know"'s" and a missing link between the Travelex/Cash Passport relationship. I have given two stars because when I did complain Rebecca and Andrew were very responsive and apologetic.

10/10 for customer experience, product variety and cost!

I had the task of ordering blinds for our new offices at work. I've never ordered a blind in my life but was happy to find the website was easy to use and answered all of my questions!

There is a wide variety of products to choose from at really competitive prices. The order arrived quickly and the assembled products look great! :) Nothing but praise for this company!
