We have a washing machine with a 5 year warranty, when we called to get it repaired we were put through to these cowboys!!
originally called on 4th January, it took a week for an engineer to arrive at 7-30 am!! then another week to be picked up by a man on his own at 6-30 pm who couldnt lift or move on his own so I had to help carry it to the van or "wait another week"
took 7 weeks to "repair" it has come back dented, scratched and gouged and still with original fault!!!
been trying for 4 weeks for them to come back out and still waiting!!

I’d like to apologise for any inconvenience or distress caused whilst we have been repairing your washing machine. Sometimes, appliances need to be removed from the home and taken to a workshop due to space, testing conditions etc. to carry out the repair. Unfortunately, we had also experienced some terrible weather conditions which caused delays to the return of the appliance to your home.
