Wowcher

We knew it was too good to be true.

We bought a Wowcher deal to Dublin, when the code came through it told us to email Clear Sky, which we did, when they contacted us we were told they couldnt book us into the Belvedere Hotel (which the Wowcher was for) as it wasn't available, but they would look for alternative accommodation, I was given a list of hotels the closest of which was 8km away which is totally unacceptable, the flights at a weekend were going to be £50 extra each, we told Clear Sky we didn't want to go ahead only to find out the money had been taken, it's ridiculous that you can't speak to a person at Wowcher to request a refund & they don't reply to emails, have £258 of our money and we have no holiday, I am never using them again!
