First time to Specsavers. Eyes tested, and chose frames. "We'll give you a call when they're in" they said. Two weeks later, I called to see if they were in and was told they were in the store waiting. So, no call from them to tell me!
The specs seemed strange, but the staff told me I would get used to them as they were varifocals. I already had varifocals from a competitor which were fine, but I left the store anyway. Went back next day as the new glasses just didn't seem right. The girl tried to fob me off by saying I would get used to them. I insisted they were wrong, and eventually the manager checked and discovered that the prescription had been written down wrongly! So, they glasses were sent away again. Two weeks later, I called to see if they were in and was told they were in the store waiting. So, again no call from them to tell me!
The girl assistant fiddled around to get them to fit, and seemed like she couldn't wait to get me out of the store.
I had paid for the "best" varifocal lens, but they were just not as good as my previous pair, very narrow focus field in the near-vision part.
A week later, the side arm dropped off. Back to the store for new frames.
All in all, very unhappy experience, that I will NOT repeat! They just seem to want your money, and don't provide proper eye care.

Wish I had found this site before ordering from this company. Ordered at the beginning of December, arrived Jan 8th. And it was tracked, so it was only sent after New Year, despite the company telling me that it had been dispatched. No responses to my emails. RUBBISH COMPANY. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
