No delivery!!!!! AND... at least ....I got my money back!

d) my last update here my money is back on my account 20131003

c) New date 20130930!!!!!
You promised me my money back in august. Now it's october. My creditcard is the same.........
b) Now it is 20130823 and no chairs.
a) I ordered the chairs 20121226.
You have changed the shippingdate TOO many times now!
And today I can read that the 4 chairs will be shipped 28/9-13.
And I'm not going to listen on any of your explanations anymore.
Sorry but I do NOT belive you.
My mother have died while waiting for her gift!
So put the money back on my creditcard immediately!
I do not need the chairs anymore.

Thank you for your review on Trustpilot, and I have tried to call you today to discuss your order.

We are pleased that you are happy with the chairs you have received so far, and which arrived in March after 11.5 weeks, well within the standard delivery time frame of 10 - 18 weeks.

Although the remaining chairs are later than expected, and for this we do apologize, we would like to reassure you that there is no scam, and they will arrive.

I have checked your order again today, and the delivery is due at the end of next month, in June.

Bonus credit has been added to your customer account as compensation for the delay, and we hope you will be just as happy with the remaining chairs upon arrival.

Meantime, if we can be of further assistance, I have sent my contact details.
