I paid extra for UPS delivery as Yodel (the free option) have a reputation for unreliability. Delivery was quick once my shoes had been received by UPS, but Spartoo took two days to dispatch. Received my order in 5 working days.
I booked a mobile tyre fitting a week ahead mainly based on price. I found the online booking process easy to use, and could book a time to suit. Unfortunately I needed to cancel the booking shortly afterwards. This was dealt with easily with one telephone call to customer services and my credit card payment was refunded the next day. Although I didn't actually use their full service, I am still pleased with the level of customer service I received fromKwik Fit.
