Having ordered garden furniture to the value of £1900+ pounds I am devastatedat the trouble i having getting it delivered to me. They have now been 4 failed deliveries. The only way you allow me to correspond with you is via your email system. I have had one useful phone call form a young lady yesterday but heard no more from her after she promised to taken on the investigation with your delivery company. Today I had a very vague voicemail left on my mobile phone saying she hoped I now had my furniture. I reported yet again, late last night, after latest failed elivery that NO I DO NOT have my furniture and I have no confirmation on when anyone plans to try and deliver it again. Please contact me onthe land line numbers I have provided as I live and work in a rural area and signals can be unreliable at times on a mobile phone.
I have spoken wiht my credit card company who advised on my next steps to get redress.
