Second delivery not faultless like the first!

I am sorry to hear about the problem you have had with your most recent order with us.

Our delivery services with all our couriers are normally very good, but I do understand how frustrating it is if an order is late arriving.

I can see that the replacement order has been delivered, and I hope you will now be able to continue with your plan. My colleague has also emailed you a voucher for a future order that i hope you'll use with us, and please don't hesitate to get in touch should you have any further queries that we can help with.

Having ordered garden furniture to the value of £1900+ pounds I am devastatedat the trouble i having getting it delivered to me. They have now been 4 failed deliveries. The only way you allow me to correspond with you is via your email system. I have had one useful phone call form a young lady yesterday but heard no more from her after she promised to taken on the investigation with your delivery company. Today I had a very vague voicemail left on my mobile phone saying she hoped I now had my furniture. I reported yet again, late last night, after latest failed elivery that NO I DO NOT have my furniture and I have no confirmation on when anyone plans to try and deliver it again. Please contact me onthe land line numbers I have provided as I live and work in a rural area and signals can be unreliable at times on a mobile phone.

I have spoken wiht my credit card company who advised on my next steps to get redress.
