Booking process was simple and efficient. Fitting arranged for between 12 noon and 5 pm on Thursday 9th May 2013. Was advised when arranging that the fitter would phone me around noon to get me a better ETA at my home. Did not hear from him and phoned your office just after 4 pm and was advised he was running late but would be with me around 5pm . The lady i spoke with seemed aware of where the fitter was etc but she advised he was having phone problems in which case perhaps she should have phoned me on the fitters behalf, no major problem but an opportunity to improve customer relations. All your staff I spoke with were very polite and efficient and would certainly use your service again if the price was competitive.
