I ordered from a sporting goods supplier on the sunday before bank holiday 5th May and Yodel first tried to deliver it on the Tuesday which I thought was excellent. However, as I work I was not at home, so they left a card. The same thing happened the next day.
I logged on to the website to try and see if I could arrange at time and day (preferably an evening) for them to come and deliver. Unfortunately the website does not offer week day evening or saturday delivery options.
I needed the package urgently so I tried to contact Yodel directly. I used the social media email address that Yodel use on this website to contact them and had really swift responses from Michelle.
Unfortunately as I could not arrange a time and date I asked for my parcel to be sent back to the supplier, which Michelle has arranged.
As I said in the title I had a really good customer services experience - it's just a shame no evening slots for those of us that work and are out all day on a weekday to get our parcels.
