Customer services is bad. Careless attitued

Well what can i say they have employed arrogant( cock headed) Lads that speak to you as if they doing you a favour. My order got left with random person according to them, i was not left a card informing me on this nor was i phoned. No apology despite the order being very late and careless attitude. 3 Stars cos i order prior and orders have always reached in time without problems, but staff are still arrogant, most of them anyway!

I apologise for any problems encountered when speaking to our staff, but I can assure you we only ever try to get to the bottom of any issue in the quickest and most professional manner possible. I did over hear the phone call that was made this morning and know my colleague has provided you with all of the correct info you needed and is making the relevant enquiries to make sure you get your parcel.

My colleague is in contact with our couriers as I write this and he will contact you as soon as we get any more info with regards to your delivery.

Deliveries can be made to a near neighbour, and the couriers are supposed to leave you a card to notify you of this. Again I apologise if this wasn't the case.
