I would like to say that Customer Service was appalling.....but it was non-existent. Having emailed, phoned and emailed again over 8 times....phone calls listening to a voice mail for over 20 minutes......I have now decided to seek legal advice.
Worldstores have taken my money and not delivered their end of the transaction.
Having spoken to my bank I have to wait 15 days to take up a dispute. In that I have contacted a solicitor and will be contacting BBC Watchdog.
I want my money back NOW.
