I booked my flight a month ago. The website was experiencing technical difficulties and it processed my booking for the wrong date. Since then I have made 31 phone calls and 22 emails to every department and nobody in a supervisory or manager position will answer my calls or return my emails.
It has been 3 weeks since my official complaint to them and today they have emailed me to say I cannot change my flight due to the airline placing a restriction on the ticket. I then spoke to the airline and they said this is not true and i am free to change the booking to the day i want. But the arrogant and rude Bravofly staff will not believe me or the airline and they keep saying they will call back and never do!!!
PLEASE NEVER USE THEM!!!! I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH A RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Visa are now refunding me and taking it up with them through my credit card protection.
