Terrible service when exporting from the USA it takes 3 days to get to the uk, 1 week to get through customs then 2 days to get a letter to say you need to pay then 2 days to deliver. UPS it takes 3 day to get to our door and sorted!
Worst! Delivery this week 24 hour promised thursday, wait in all day 6pm call them they say its still on the van will prioritize in morning, not happy but accept it. Today stay in all day even though daughter off nursery so had planned to go out, call them 9am to check its on van and they say yes and its on the way, 1pm wife spots parcel force van on next street so looking good. 6.15pm still not here. Call depot they said its on the van will call and see where he is as still out and call you back. Call them at 7.10 pm they are shut! Wasted two days and now lost £400 in sales as parts not here for weekend. Also out of my last 5 parcels I had to send with them 4 of the 24 hour ones didnt get there within 48 hours and one took 4 days and the other one was returned address unknown so sent ups who found it on a next day as always. Total waste of space unhelpful over priced crap who just cost me £400!!!!!!
Just done the same thing on the following monday!!!!!!! They finally delivered the last one on saturday afternoon with no call back apology nothing and then two parcels both seperately organised for delivery today failed to turn up, absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with for anything!!!!
