I say ''hats off'' to Accident Advice Helpline because the service they provide is nothing short of perfection. They are reliable, fast and informative at every single stage. I know most reviews are based on how much an individual got paidout, but I for one - I needed more than just a payout because if I wanted just a payout, I would have gone to those so-called briefcase solicitors on the high-street for a quick settlement.
In my case, I needed someone to sympathise and feel every gasping nightmare I was going through. I wanted a firm that is not just '' a Personal Injury Chain Belt'' with a one-size-fits-all attitude, I needed a firm that cares, listens, capable of fighting for my future and well-being at every turn during the claiming process. I am not going to sit here, write and tell you that It was all easy because that would be a lie. It wasn't - I was contacted more than usual and I had to read through alot of paperwork because of the severity and complexity of my injuries.
Nonetheless at the end of it all, I realised why I was always contacted - Accident advice Helpline cared, the firm wanted me to understand every step, the firm wanted me to provide as much information as possible so that they could maximise the level of compensation I was to receive - And guess what? - I received more than I anticipated and I believe I will be catered for throughout my 4 years without employment.
My story is rather too complicated and traumatic to write on here but I wanted to say thank you to Accident Advice Helpline and I hope that - whoever you are - you use AAH during those difficult time. I hope that the world turns, and that things get better even if its life threatening or just a minor injury. But what I hope most of all is that you understand what I mean when I tell you that even though I do not know you, and even though I may not meet you, my review is based on the service I received and the help I so much appreciated hence the recommendation.
