I had ordered on May 7 "Burst of Color" for my mother's birthday in Luxembourg to be delivered on May 9. They notified me through email, not phone call, that the flowers could not be delivered on May 8 & I would have to change the date to the 11th. She got her flowers today, but instead it was 30 roses, not the assorted arrangement that has a bit of a price difference. Never again!
