An update from my previous review. After my order failed to arrive on the day I contacted World Stores via e-mail. It is pointless trying to contact through the phone! They offered me £50 refund if I waited for stock to come in. They had taken my money without knowing what I wanted was in stock. I decided to ask for a full refund.
They did refund my money within 3 days and replied to my e-mails quickly.
I was suprised by this after reading other peoples reviews.
If you are chasing a refund then contact by e-mail, know your rights as a consumer, be firm but polite. It worked for me.
Thanks to a lovely lady called Julie on here who put me in the right direction.
Headache now over, and went to DFS this morning for excellent service!!!
