Bought a gift for my son for his birthday and it was supposed to reach me on Friday 10th may 2013 at the latest as 48 hr delivery was purchased on the 8th may 2012. According to the tracking number, my parcel is still in Northhampton service center where it started and is waiting to be picked up and moved on to the next destination, also the parcel hasn't been scanned since the 8th may despite being told by yodel that their parcels are scanned everyday in order to check progress.
I phoned Northhampton myself and was told that there paperwork says the parcel left them onthe 8th on the back of a trailer and went on its way to another stop in Hatfield but as it has not been scanned for three days we don't know where it is and if it made it.
So at the moment I have no birthday gift for my 8 year old son, no idea of where it is and no money to buy a new one and it just seems silly to hold out faith in yodel finding and delivering safely when they so easily lost the parcel in the first place.
