Only took a couple of days from ordering to delivery. When the enclosure arrived it was in minimal packaging with part of the cardboard missing. On first inspection it looked intact with all glass in one piece. Its only when I got to the job and fully unwrapped the item, i discovered the aluminium channeling, was crushed. Also one end of the channeling was bent, as i was at the job, i didnt have time to really raise an issue apart from passing a discount on to my customer at my expense! I straightened it out as best as possible, but still remained visible, and noticeable, especially once you were aware of the damage. I contacted supplier within the 3 days of delivery to notify of damage and i never had a response !!!
