Some of the best customer service I've ever had.
Ordered from CR once before but it was a long time ago. Saw they had a sale on and thought i'd have a browse - the reductions were too good to pass up on. Went for the bog standard free delivery and it was still delivered the next working day, there was even a free mix CD thrown in with my order which was a great little surprise. Hassle free returns service was also a big help as some of the stuff didn't fit. Will certainly keep my eyes on these guys when making future purchases.

Great range of stock, very fairly priced, great delivery and customer service.
This is the fourth time I've purchased goods from UI and I was still amazed at how fast my order was dispatched and delivered, and the text to my mobile confirming all this was a nice touch. In terms of the store it's self, I don't think you can find a better, more diverse range of street/urban clothing without over inflated prices. It's because of this that UI is always one of my first stops on the net.
