Only started on Tuesday and I have lost 4.5lb already that is more than I have ever lost on a diet ever!!! The soups are really nice and some of the dinners I am not keen on eg the lasagne but I will just not order that next time. I couldn't believe the amount of food you get it came in 2 huge cardboard boxes and because living on my own I have no need to do a supermarket shop so it may turn out to be about the same as I would have spent on meals and rubbish. All you need to add is a bit or rice or pasta or salad or veg. Fruit during the day and I have a fat free yogurt and some milk with the museli or granola which by the way are yummy. At the moment I am loving it but I will wait and see how I am at the end of the month - hopefully a stone or maybe a little more lighter.
