Absolutely disgusted

I brought an Omazing Rabbit on the 31st March and have still not received it. I have contacted wowcher on so many occasions now and they write to the company and give them 72 hours to respond and then nothing. The company sent me a tracking receipt saying it had been delivered. when I checked it was delivered to Enfield and I live in Wallthamstow. contacted them again and two weeks ago nearly said they were sending out another one. I have still not received this. Wowcher were contacted again and I have still not received a response from either party. you can only contact anyone by email and it takes five days for anyone to respond. They are quick enough to take your money but when you want it back it takes weeks. I just want all my money back now as I am sick and tired of no one doing anything. If I don't get a response in the next 48 hours I am getting legal advice.

Once a customer redeems their code with the merchant do need to ensure we fully investigate any complaint before we can consider refunding a customer.
