I ordered a synology ds212j in October 2012 which took over 4 weeks to arrive. I had a problem closing it down after a few weeks so spoke to synology direct who told me they would replace the unit through my retailer. I emailed wae and got a confirmation email for the return on the 2nd April, hoping they would send my new one ASAP so I wouldn't be without one. Oh no....so I sent the faulty one back to wae which they received on April 30th. I have now contacted them 8 times for delivery time of my replacement and No One Knows, or quite frankly in my opinion cares, as they have had my cash and are NOT SUPPLIERS JUST GO BETWEENS.......BEWARE!!!
