This service is brilliant because you can simply order a local takeaway at the click of a mouse. Very novel and now the only way I order my kebabs.
The only negative point is that everytime you pay by credit or debit card, your charged a 50p surcharge which is a bit annoying!
I cannot fault American Soda. Every order has been delivered on time (usually ahead of the expected arrival date)! The delivery charges are incredibly reasonable given the weight of items I usually buy. Prices are high but expected for imports from America.
The service is excellent and I will keep on buying!
Paid for next day delivery but received it on a standard delivery service. This was in October and I am still chasing about a refund!
The products I ordered are great though and really excellent value for money (especially as I saw the pillows I bough for £20.00 being sold for £49.99 at a leading high-street bedding shop)!

I ordered 48 jars from this company. Originally only 38 were sent, three of which were smashed. I contacted them and they dispatched the remained that day (blaming the loss of jars on the courier... yeah right!).
The replacement jars arrived, smashed to smithereens. Replacements for the replacements were again sent out - no quibbles!
Only downer, packaging is terrible - hence why the glass jars arrive in pieces!
This appears to be a one-man-band company, and the man in particular is not a very pleasant or clued up chap! He fails to respond to emails and answer his telephone.
It took 14 solid days of emailing, calling and finally credit card chargebacks to get hold of him. The prices are cheap but I will be buying elsewhere due to the shocking lack of customer service.
I purchased from their sub-company walesprint. After 14-days I contacted them as I had not received any update to my order for 2000 flyers. I sent a further three emails to which I had no response. It was only when I opened a PayPal dispute case that I got a response. The lady from Pugh Colourprint was friendly enough but not at all helpful!
The whole process was tedious and tiresome and could have been resolved so much quicker if the woman handling my complaint actually contacted the courier instead of relying on the web-system saying 'Delivered'!
It turns out that FedEx had re-routed my parcel!

DO NOT BOOK A COLLECTION WHEN IT'S COLD - it will not get collected as all their couriers are afraid of snow, ice or even the prospect of snow and ice. It took 15 days for one of my parcels to be delivered!
Their service is the cheapest door-2-door service. All items can be tracked online. Customer service is poor - I am still awaiting a response to a delay claim.
Great range of shoes for large footed people and reasonable prices too. Fast dispatch although P&P is pricey at £6.50!

Service is OUTSTANDING - I ordered Wednesday for Friday delivery, dispatched Wednesday evening, Thursday afternoon I was told I had to work so a quick call to Firebox and my parcel was re-routed to my work address. Totally effortless and so helpful!
One word of warning - their prices are quite high. Shop around before buying as you may save a packet!
All my batteries are bought through Battery-Force.co.uk now! Their batteries are excellent value for money, beating the highstreet prices by at least 20%. P&P is also cheap too with a variety of options.
Novelty: They scan your purchases on dispatch and attach the image in an email - plus you get a tasty chocolate too with every purchase!
Interparcel are the 'middle-men' agents between couriers and customers. I dispatch all my sales through Interparcel - they are cheap and cheerful!
All my collections have been picked up when stated (except when it was snowing - the customer service team were outstanding at re-arranging collection with a different courier at no extra charge!) and I have never had any reason to complain. Delivery status is visible at the click of a button and I can provide my customers with a link too!
Personal use, again no issues what-so-ever! Thoroughly recommend them for price, service and helpful'ness!
First things first, Parcel2Go acts as a 'middle-man' agent between the courier companies and the customer. Because they give so much business to the courier companies, they get bulk discounts! Unfortunately, Parcel2Go is giving honest couriers a bad name!
I have used Parcel2Go on two occasions, first time the parcel collection failed, twice. HDNL were apparently instructed to collect on 24th Jan but the delivery driver had paperwork that suggested otherwise.
Second time I had a time-dependant package to send! The parcel was not collected so I cancelled the order only to find out that the 2% surcharge on PayPal payments is apparently non-refundable. They do not state anywhere that this surcharge is non-refundable - so after arguing with a belligerent customer support agent (who I later found out was a senior manager and owner...) for twenty minutes and threatening various actions they finally agreed to refund my money I was rightfully owed!
Finally, their only form of contact is via email or on-line chat. The on-line chat takes forever to get connected to a person (average 20 mins)!
This company is run by a bunch of crooks and hopefully they will go out of business very soon and save a lot of people, a lot of hassle!
Visiting NY in March and while we are there we want to see an ice hockey match at Maddison Sq. Had a look on the official site and tickets were in excess of $100 a piece, so hunted around, found TicketLoot and bought three tickets, same block for $100 total!!!
TicketLoot act as the sales platform between punters and sellers - great service, secure payments and timely status updates plus satisfaction guarantee too!

Every order I place I seem to have to return something because the item is faulty, sized incorrectly or not as advertised. Customer service staff are not too clever by the responses I get, they appear to fail at the basics of reading an email.
Additionally, when I item is exchanged, they automatically add £3.99 p&p again and every time I have to email and ask them to refund it - getting very tiresome!
Good Joe Browns range and £3.99 next day delivery is great value.
I saved on average 20-30% when I shop at Maplin as opposed to other high-street electrical retailers. Also, Maplin stock so many different components, your pretty much guaranteed to find what you looking for! Delivery is usually very quick too!
I haven't got a bad word to say about Maplin!!!
My weekly shop is now done on-line and it saves me so much time, money and effort. The delivery drivers are always friendly and helpful!
Only negative was that I was overcharged when a substitution was made, but a quick email to customer services and it was fixed within a couple of hours which was even more impressive!
Just a hop across the ocean to Amsterdam. Check in was fine, friendly staff but boarding was chaotic! Almost everyone on the flight seemed to have a speedy boarding pass! There was no organisation, just a mass rush for seats!
Only negative was the insane debit-card fee charged to book the tickets!
