Festive Lights

Have not tested yet as have no batteries in the house which fit, however does not appear to be a timer on them as promised so disappointed

Hi Jane, the description of the timer function, lifted directly from the product description on the website is as follows: "When the lights are set to the timer function via a switch on the battery box they will stay lit for 6 hours. After being lit for 6 hours they will turn off for the next 18 hours and then come on again." If you are still having issues, please do get in touch once more.

Do not trust totally incompetant

I am so disgruntled with this company - they are totally inefficent
I had a load of trouble ordering wedding invitations but that was nothing to what they have done now!!
I ordered matching to my invitations (hence forced to use them again) Oder of Service and Menus I attached as requested a document for the wording and because of the problems with original invitations rang the customer service team and was assured \ I would get a proof to authorise, guess what? no prof and they are going to print in 5 days anyway! Oh they sent me 1 proof for the blank place cards which they don't overprint any way. TOTALLY INCOMPETANT DO NOT USE they have taken over £350 and given me total grief I do not need, they need shutting down

Dear Jane,
Thank you for your feedback. We are currently dealing with all the issues you've highlighted from the email you have also sent to our customer service email address.
The Bride & Groom website does advise that all Order of Services and Menus are proofed before printing, and after approval the printing time then commences.
I can understand your confusion as the confirmation email is a general email for all items and does advise 5 working days but does not remind the customer this is not the case for the Order of Services and Menus. This is now being rectified - apologies for any confusion caused.
Your order is currently being dealt with and a manual proof for you to confirm your wording.
