Had a replacement TV be delivered to me today, paid £24.99 plus an extra £6.00 to have it delivered Saturday.....got a text last night from their couriers HiWay, saying its will be delivered between 10:00 and 1:30 .......phone call from the courier this morning 10:24 and message left saying they can't find the TV !!!!! A 50" TV lost by the couriers ......
While I can understand its not Hughes Direct fault, surely, they should not be using such Mickey Mouse companies to do their deliveries !
I am waiting patiently (and fuming mad ) till Monday morning !!!!
P.S. the courier was kind enuff to say they would call me when the find it..........NO CALL YET !!!!!!!! 07867494715 if you,lost my number !!!!!
I personally think my item should be delivered as soon as possible and a FULL refund made !!!!!!
