Choose a title that reflect 1 star

I wish i coould give less than 1 star, but this chice is not available. I have spent 4 weeks phoning and emailing Habitat, all day, everyday. They hold money of mine that I would like refunded.

Emails receive a standard message, "Please call this Customer Services number", but the number responds with, " High number of calls. Please email". One goes round in circles.

I have tried to be resourceful and access customer services via stores etc...I have been left hanging on for ages, and finally have put the phone down.

Do customers realise that each abhorted attempt results in nice revenue for Habitat from the 0844 number?

I agree with another eviewer; I don't think they have a Customer Services Department. I want my money back, and fear that there is no way of speaking with someone to tell them so.

Presumably legal options are the only alternative. A long shopping history with Habitat will be halted.

From start to finish, it was a joy to deal with this company. Staff and product were beyond reproach and the whole process ran like clockwork.
