Ordered online where delivery was initially given as '1-3 days', which turned into '1-3 days after processing' after completing order. 4 days later I was told my order had been dispatched. When it had not arrived 4 days after this I contacted Dabs to find out what was happening, was told it was coming directly from their supplier, they would contact the supplier but it would take 48 hours to get a response. 5 days later, after more emails and phone calls, I was advised that they were unable to supply my order as it had been discontinued. I was left feeling that I I hadn't pestered them I would still be sitting here waiting for something to arrive.
Just to rub salt into the wound, during this time I received an email from Dabs asking me to review my purchase!!

Bought a television from Beyond Television after having been let down by another company. I knew nothing about this company when I went ahead with the purchase, but relied on their good reviews.
The TV was great value compared with other online sellers, their delivery information was clear, and it arrived safely as promised on the day I had chosen. I would definitely use them again.
